Technical Specifications

• General Information: $23^{\circ}\text{C}$ and %50 Relative Humidity.

• Appearance: Gray / White colored powder.

• Shelf Life: 12 months (in unopened packaging in a dry environment).

• Application Temperature: $(+5^{\circ}\text{C}) – (+35^{\circ}\text{C})$.

• Mixing Ratio: $6 – 6.5\text{ lt}$ water / $25\text{ kg}$ powder.

• Pot Life: 3 hours.

• Slip: $\leq 0.5\text{ mm}$.

• Open Waiting Time: $\geq 0.5\text{ N/mm}^2$ after at least 20 minutes.

• Service Taking Time: 8 – 24 hours.

• Consumption (Double-Sided): Average $2.5\text{ kg/m}^2$.

Surface Preparation

• The surface to be applied is freed from dust, oil, and dirt.

• If there is a loose ground on the surface, it must be cleaned down to the solid concrete surface.

• Screeds that will determine the thickness of the PRO SIVA 5030 to be applied are nailed at appropriate intervals to form guides (analar).

Application

• PRO SIVA 5030, prepared at the right consistency, is applied between the guides either by hand or using a plaster pump at a minimum of $2\text{ cm}$ and a maximum of $20\text{ cm}$, and is screeded with the help of a straightedge without applying pressure.

• When the initial setting time of PRO SIVA 5030 is completed, the guides are removed and the gaps are filled with PRO SIVA 5030.

• Once PRO SIVA 5030 has dried, a $4 – 5\text{ mm}$ joint cutting process should be performed at specific intervals using a joint cutting machine.

• The spaces between the joints should be filled by choosing a suitable joint filler.
