  • Service Taking Time: 8 – 24 hours.

  • Consumption (Double-Sided): Average $3 – 4\text{ kg/m}^2$.

Surface Preparation

  • Before application, aerated concrete, pumice, and pressed brick blocks must be checked, and if any are wet, they should be allowed to dry.

  • Aerated concrete blocks are cut to the desired size with an aerated concrete saw before building the wall.

  • On highly porous surfaces and in hot weather applications (if the surface temperature is above $+25^{\circ}\text{C}$), the surface must be pre-wetted so that it remains moist for a suitable temperature.

  • Thus, the adhesive will be prevented from losing its water too quickly.

Application

  • The prepared mortar is spread onto the surface using a notched trowel or trowel with appropriate tooth dimensions.

  • The prepared mortar must be bonded onto the aerated concrete within 5 minutes.

  • If this time has passed, the mortar must be scraped off the surface and discarded.

  • The laid bricks should be hammered from the top and sides to make them compatible with the string and straightedge.

  • The given consumption amount is theoretical and may vary depending on the application temperature, aerated concrete brick size, surface, and workmanship.

  • We recommend performing a sample application for consumption control.

Category:
