Surface Preparation
-
Blistered paint and loose plasters are scraped off the surface. On painted surfaces, 4-5 notches are made per 10 cm2. The surface to be applied must be freed from dust. Priming must be done on painted surfaces.
Application
-
Strips that determine the thickness are adhered to the prepared surfaces. The space between two strips is filled with a steel trowel or plasterer’s trowel and screeded. Following the initial drying (~1-2 hours later), the strips are removed from the surface, the gaps are filled, and the pattern is drawn. If it is dry to the touch (12-24 hours later), decorative plaster is applied. No foreign substances should be added to the prepared mixture (Lime, Gypsum, Cement, etc.).
