Surface Preparation

  • The surface to be applied is cleared of dust, oil, and dirt. If there is a loose ground on the surface, it must be cleaned down to the solid concrete surface. Strips that will determine the thickness of PRO SIVA 5030 to be applied are nailed at appropriate intervals to form screed guides (analar).

Application

  • PRO SIVA 5030 prepared at the right consistency is applied between the screed guides manually or with a plaster pump as a minimum of 2 cm and maximum of 20 cm, and is screeded with the help of a screed board without applying pressure. When the initial setting time of PRO SIVA 5030 is completed, the screed guides are removed, and the gaps are filled with PRO SIVA 5030. After PRO SIVA 5030 dries, joint cutting should be performed at specific intervals with a joint cutting machine to make 4-5 mm joints. The spaces between the joints should be filled by choosing a suitable joint filler.

  • It is a cement-based, adhesion-enhanced, hand-applied surface preparation plaster.

Advantages

  • Mixed with water only.

  • An extremely smooth surface is obtained.

  • It is polymer-reinforced, provides high adhesion without primer.

  • It is non-shrink.

  • Resistant to water, frost, and adverse weather conditions.

  • Sets quickly and does not crack.

Areas of Use

  • Pro Sıva 5030 is used indoors and outdoors on primed concrete surfaces, primed aerated concrete, and walls and ceilings with any kind of rough plaster applied.
