Surface Preparation

  • PRODEKO 2025 exterior and interior application is carried out at least 12 hours after primer application on surfaces where thermal insulation board plaster mortar or thermal insulation board mesh and ETICS primer have been applied.

Application

  • The material must be applied with a steel trowel and spread evenly over the entire surface. Application thickness should be adjusted according to the largest aggregate. Within 10 minutes at the latest, while the material is still wet, pattern the plaster by making circular motions with a plastic trowel. If the air temperature is high after the application is completed, moisten the surface until the cement sets.

  • It is a cement-based, white-colored, fiber-reinforced final coat decorative exterior cladding with low water absorption, enhanced with adhesion-improving additives, durability additives, and polymers, ideal for thermal insulation systems.

Advantages

  • Easy to apply, provides excellent adhesion.

  • Provides a homogeneous application with a decorative appearance.

  • Wavy appearance caused by faulty applications of thermal insulation systems can be corrected.

  • Resistant to water and frost.

  • Resistant to external factors, protects the building for many years.

  • Water vapor permeable, allows the surface to breathe.

  • Exterior paints can be applied over it.

  • With its fine-grained texture, it reduces product consumption.

Areas of Use

  • Pro Dekon 5025 is used as a coating plaster over fine plaster, screed plaster, ETICS (thermal insulation) plaster, and similar building elements. It has high adhesion stability. It does not sag, is easy to use, and trowels smoothly.
